Payment & Delivery

For new customers, start of production & delivery against advance payment.

For orders from customers with valid LEWA customer number and billing address in Germany goods will be invoiced upon delivery - invoices are due immediately net from date of invoice.

For orders > €10.000.- 40% down payment is due upon receipt of the order confirmation. For this you will receive a separate down payment invoice. Start of production & delivery after receipt of down payment.

For a total order quantity of up to 10 pumps the delivery time ex works Leonberg is a maximum of 10 working days after order confirmation and receipt of payment in case of advance payment and down payment.

For an order quantity of 11 pumps and more, we reserve the right to review and confirm the delivery time with the order confirmation. However, the delivery time is maximum 8 weeks after receipt of payment. (2010 Incoterms CPT named place of destination / airport).

The time for transportation varies depending on the country and the region. Within the European Union (also valid for Switzerland and Norway) shipment will be preferably carried out by truck. Non-EU deliveries by airfreight.

Pump will be delivered ready for operation including first fill of lubricant.

Documentation consists of operating manual, data sheet, sectional drawings, parts lists, general arrangement drawing, CE-marking and declaration of conformity.
